1. Item 39 of the Instruction on procedure for calculation of the average earnings kept in cases, stipulated by the legislation, the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Labour of April 10, 2000 No. 47 "About approval of conditions and procedure for calculation of the average earnings kept during labor (the main and additional) and social (in connection with training) leaves, payment of monetary compensation for unused labor leave and in other cases, stipulated by the legislation, and also the list of the payments considered in case of calculation of average earnings" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2000, No. 44, 8/3382; 2006, No. 60, 8/14276; 2008, No. 248, 8/19571; No. 291, 8/19883) to state in the following edition:
"39. Calculation of correction coefficients is made for adjustment of the average earnings paid to government employees in all cases provided by this Instruction in proportion to growth of basic salary.
After introduction of new payment terms of work of government employees adjustment of average earnings is made:
in the months preceding month of introduction of new payment terms of work of government employees using correction coefficient of 1,3;
