Article 104.1 part one Item "and" after figures "242.1," to add 1) with figures "258.1,";

2) in Article 226.1:

a) add the name with the words "or especially valuable wild animals and water biological resources";

b) the paragraph one of part one to add with the words "or especially valuable wild animals and water biological resources belonging to the types included in the Red List of the Russian Federation and (or) protected by international treaties of the Russian Federation, their parts and derivatives";
