"4) the immediate monetary compensation of material damage in connection with loss of property including cost:

the structures (premises, garden lodges, dachas, garages, economic constructions) which were available for citizens as of January 1, 1994;

the household property which extent of radioactive pollution does not allow to transport it on the new residence;

all types of the farm animals who are subject to forced slaughter, and also the lost garden and berry plantings, crops.

To the citizens who had as of January 1, 1994 garden lodges, dachas, garden and berry plantings in exclusion zones and settling out and the citizens who received in these zones property according to the procedure of inheritance, the immediate monetary compensation according to this Item is paid irrespective of the place of their permanent residence.
