About application of the "Authorization system" regulating the international motor transportations in the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic

For the purpose of ensuring state regulation of the international motor transportations in the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic, according to requirements of the intergovernmental agreements signed between the Azerbaijan Republic and foreign states, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. Apply "Authorization system" on entrance on the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic and departure from it, loading, and also on transit through the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic of foreign vehicles.

2. Charge to Azeravtotrans State concern:

2.1. In coordination with the State Customs Committee, the Ministry of Justice and external commercial relations of the Azerbaijan Republic in 20-day time to develop and submit regulations on the "Authorization system" regulating the international motor transportations for approval of the Cabinet of Ministers.

2.2. Approve sample of the Permission form which will be used in the international motor transportations.

3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic:

3.1. Together with Azeravtotrans State concern to develop texts of bilateral agreements about the international motor transportations with the states which do not have the mutual agreement with the Azerbaijan Republic.

3.2. Inform in accordance with the established procedure the representations of foreign states interested in this case in the Azerbaijan Republic on application of "Authorization system" on the international motor transportations in the Azerbaijan Republic and the traffic regulation of vehicles, passengers and loads through frontier.
