About entering of amendment into the Code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses of October 24, 2008 No. 218-XVI

The code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses No. 218-XVI of October 24, 2008 (2009, Art. No. 3-6, 15), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Article 90-1 of the following content:

"Article 90-1. The public activities exerting negative impact on minors

(1) Distribution of the public information exerting negative impact on minors, and/or violation of the law about protection of minors against negative impact of public information, others what provided by part (2),

attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 80 to 100 conventional units, on officials in the amount of 100 to 200 conventional units and on legal entities in the amount of 200 to 300 conventional units with deprivation or without deprivation in all cases of the right to perform certain activities for a period of 3 months till 1 year.

(2) Distribution of public information and/or making of the acts directed to promotion of prostitution, pedophilia, pornography or other relations in addition to connected with scrap and family according to the Constitution and the Family code,

attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 100 to 120 conventional units, on officials in the amount of 200 to 300 conventional units and on legal entities in the amount of 300 to 400 conventional units with deprivation or without deprivation in all cases of the right to perform certain activities for a period of 3 months till 1 year.".
