About some questions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2011 No. 867 "About some questions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 78, 5/34078) the following changes and amendments:

add Item with subitems 4.221-4.223 of the following content:

"4.221. participates in development of balances of the state resources of grain and products of its conversion, takes measures for research of additional sources of replenishment of trade inventories of grain, proteinaceous and mineral raw materials;

4.222. exercises control over the implementation of tasks of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus on laying of bakery products in the state material reserve;

4.223. will organize in accordance with the established procedure centralized accumulating, rational placement, storage and use of grain resources;";

add Item with subitems 4.311-4.317 of the following content:

"4.311. exercises supervision in the field of land reclamation;

4.312. will organize work on creation of the optimum water mode on the reclaimed lands, to prevention of degradation of the constructed water currents and reservoirs of meliorative and water management systems, their repair and operation;

4.313. in interaction with other state bodies develops actions for complex mechanization of meliorative and water management systems, enables their realization, and also ensuring operability of these systems and prevention of flooding of agricultural holdings;

4.314. performs within the competence coordination of activities in the field of conversion, conservations of fish and seafood;
