Privatization of premises of the state housing stock - voluntary or paid conveyance of premises of the state housing stock in property of subjects of privatization (further - privatization of premises).
1. The legislation of Turkmenistan on privatization of premises is based on the Constitution of Turkmenistan and consists of this Law and other regulatory legal acts of Turkmenistan.
2. Operation of this Law does not extend to the premises of the increased comfort and the improved layout built by the ministries and departments according to acts of the President of Turkmenistan.
3. If the international treaty of Turkyomenistan establishes other rules than containing in this Law, then rules of the international treaty are applied.
