2. To the public registration service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to take necessary measures for the fastest start of the State center of personification of the State company "Infokom" under the Public registration service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the Center).
3. To render the ministries and departments of the Kyrgyz Republic assistance in start of the above-stated Center.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of regional development, construction, transport and communications of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
