Based on Article 158 of the Labor code of the Azerbaijan Republic and for the purpose of strengthening of social protection of drivers of the cars working in the organizations, the organizations and the companies financed from the budget of promotion of their professional skills and business qualities the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. In case of establishment to the drivers of cars working in the organizations, the organizations and the companies financed from the budget depending on their professional skills and business qualities of the 1st and 2nd qualification category to pay the allowance to drivers of cars of the 1st class in the amount of 25 percent, the 2nd class - in the amount of 10 percent of tariff (official pay rate).

2. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Azerbaijan Republic to prepare in a month and in the appropriate order to approve "Rules of assignment of special qualification category to drivers of cars".

3. In the organizations, the organizations and the companies financed from the budget to pay salary supplements to drivers of cars within budgetary funds at the level established by this resolution for qualification category.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
