According to part three of article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About use of lands of defense" and part three of article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About legal regime of property in the Armed Forces of Ukraine" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for alienation of the parcels of land on which the objects of real military estate which are subject to realization and the parcels of land which are released in the course of reforming of Armed Forces and the Public special service of transport which is applied are located.

2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 2000 No. 1919 "About procedure for alienation and realization of military property of Armed Forces" (the Of_ts_yny v_snik of Ukra§ni, 2001 No. 1-2, of Art. 26; 2002 No. 29, Art. 1369; 2003 No. 21, Art. 934; 2005 No. 21, Art. 1133 No. 34, Art. 2075; 2006 No. 50, Art. 3324; 2007 No. 28, Art. 1107 No. 64, Art. 2506; 2010 No. 9, the Art. 460) changes which are applied.

3. To the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of infrastructure together with the Ministry of Finance to provide since 2014 during preparation of the draft of the Government budget of Ukraine for the corresponding year expenses to the Ministry of Defence, Administration of the Public special service of transport, local public administrations for financing of actions for selection of the parcels of land and preparation of lots for carrying out the land biddings.
