About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way and to terrorism financing"

Article 1. In the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 25, 2011 "About counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way and to terrorism financing" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2011, No. 3, of the Art. 152) to make the following changes and additions:

1. Regarding the 2nd Article 5:

- add with Item 7) of the following content:

"7) control of accomplishment of the tax liabilities - the Tax Committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan";

- 7) to consider Item Item 8).
