About the amount of the charges levied by types of customs activities in the Azerbaijan Republic
According to provisions of the Customs code of the Azerbaijan Republic the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
1. Approve the amount of the charges levied for stated below types of customs activities according to the procedure, established by Articles respectively 120, 159 and 160 Customs codes of the Azerbaijan Republic:
- for entering of banks and other credit institutions into the register of the State Customs Committee - 10.000.000 (ten million) manats;
- for issue of competence certificates to specialists for customs clearance - 500.000 (five hundred thousand) manats;
- for renewal of action of the competence certificates issued to customs clearance specialists - 750.000 (seven hundred fifty thousand) manats.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
