1. "About the emergency medical care" to state the text of article 14 of the Law of Ukraine in such edition:
"1. Financial provision of system of the emergency medical care at the expense of budgetary funds is performed according to the budget legislation.
2. For development and improvement of material and technical resources of system of the emergency medical care funds of the companies, organizations and organizations irrespective of pattern of ownership and managing, and also donations of physical persons and legal entities, charitable organizations and associations of citizens, other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation can be raised".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
