About redistribution of some expenses of the government budget provided to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade for 2013 and modification of the State program of activation of development of economy for 2013-2014

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. According to part eight of Article 23 of the Budget code of Ukraine to perform within the total amount of the budget settings provided to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade for 2013 in the general fund of the government budget, expense reallocation in the amount of 525000 thousand hryvnias by reduction of amount of expenses of consumption according to the program 1207020 "Statistical observations and censuses" on 569206, by 8 thousand hryvnias (from them on compensation - 394485, 7 thousand hryvnias, utilities and energy carriers - 4997, 6 thousand hryvnias) and increases in amount of expenses of development in the specified program on 44206, in 8 thousand hryvnias and establishment of expenses of development on implementation of the actions directed to activation of development of economy according to appendix.

2. Bring in the State program of activation of development of economy for 2013-2014 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 27, 2013 No. 187 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 24, the Art. 807), changes which are applied.

3. Provide:

1) to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade:

approval of expense reallocation of the government budget, stipulated in Item 1 this resolution, of Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning the budget;

representation monthly to the 5th to the Ministry of Finance of the report on use of budgetary funds by actions;

2) to the Ministry of Finance - after the specified approval opening of the new budget program and entering of corresponding changes into list of the government budget;
