About approval of the Standard regulations on administration of the historical and cultural reserve

According to article 33-2 of the Law of Ukraine "About protection of cultural heritage" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve Standard regulations on administration of the historical and cultural reserve which are applied.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 24, 2003 No. 1149 "About approval of the Standard regulations on the national historical and cultural park" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 31, the Art. 1607).

Standard regulations on administration of the historical and cultural reserve

1. The administration of the historical and cultural reserve (the administration of the reserve is farther) is culture institution which is formed by body to which sphere of management the reserve belongs.

2. The administration of the reserve in the activities is guided by the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, acts of the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, other regulatory legal acts, and also this Standard provision.

3. The administration of the reserve is legal entity, has separate balance, the corresponding accounts in bodies of Treasury, seal and the form with the name.

The administration of the reserve cannot be the founder of the companies, economic societies, cooperatives, other legal entities.

4. The administration of the reserve is the non-profitable organization.

5. The main tasks of administration of the reserve are:

ensuring compliance with the mode of the historical and cultural reserve;

implementation of actions concerning protection and preserving objects of the historical and cultural reserve, preserving and reconstruction of traditional nature of its circle;
