About cooperation in construction and operation of the gas pipeline Kazakhstan-China

for the purpose of development of long-term cooperation in gas transportation of the Turkmen, Uzbek and Kazakhstan origin in new gas transmission capacities in the territories of the Republic of Kazakhstan and People's Republic of China,
considering that the Chinese side signs agreements with Turkmenistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan on purchase of gas and provides its transit transportation through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - RK) in People's Republic of China (further - the People's Republic of China);
for realization of the purposes of this agreement, agreed as follows:
The parties perform joint construction of the gas pipeline Kazakhstan-China from RK in the People's Republic of China (further - the Gas pipeline) on condition of providing necessary transportation loads of gas and cost efficiency of the Gas pipeline.
The gas pipeline consists of two sites:
the first site - the section of the pipeline from border of the Republic of Uzbekistan and RK to border of PK and People's Republic of China through Shymkent (RK) to the region of Item of Horgos in the territory of the People's Republic of China consisting of threads "And" and "In" with total throughput of 40 (forty) billion m3 a year, threads "With" with throughput of 25 (twenty five) billion m3 a year and also other threads in single transport corridor (further - the First site);
