For the purpose of effective realization of functions on implementation of the state control (supervision) I order:
1. Make the following change to Administrative regulations of Federal Antimonopoly Service on execution of the state function on control of actions of subjects wholesale and the retail markets regarding establishment of cases of manipulation the prices of electrical energy on wholesale and the retail markets of electrical energy (capacity), the FAS Russia approved by the order of 26.06.2012 No. 413 (28.08.2012, registration No. 25297) is registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation:
state appendix No. 1 in edition according to appendix to this order.
2. I reserve control of execution of this order.
