For the purpose of effective realization of functions on implementation of the state control (supervision) I order:
1. Make the following change to Administrative regulations of Federal Antimonopoly Service on execution of the state function on control of observance of compliance with law of the Russian Federation about energy saving and about increase in energy efficiency by the organizations obliged to perform activities for installation, replacement, operation of metering devices of the used energy resources, requirements about the conclusion and agreement performance about installation, replacement, operation of the specified devices, procedure for its conclusion, and also requirements about provision of offers on equipment by metering devices of the used energy resources, the FAS Russia approved by the order of 26.06.2012 No. 415 (it is registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation 23.11. 2012, registration No. 25912):
state appendix No. 1 in edition according to appendix to this order.
