According to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (Sheets of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1995, No. 12, the Art. 247), "About currency control" (Sheets of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2004, Art. No. 1-2, 6), for the purpose of elimination of bureaucratic barriers the Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan decides:
1. Make changes and additions to the Regulations on procedure for registration and control of execution of export and barter contracts in authorized banks approved by Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan on June 24, 2000 No. 393 (рег. No. 954 of August 9, 2000) (The bulletin of regulations of the ministries, state committees and departments of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2000, No. 15), according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
