1. Approve the enclosed Administrative regulations of provision by Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science of the state service in recognition of documents of foreign states on the education level and (or) qualification in the territory of the Russian Federation.

2. Recognize invalid orders of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation:

of April 14, 2009 No. 128 "About approval of the Procedure for recognition and establishment in the Russian Federation equivalence of documents of foreign states on education" (registration No. 14043) is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on June 9, 2009;

of November 8, 2010 No. 1115 "About modification of the Procedure for recognition and establishment in the Russian Federation equivalence of documents of foreign states on education approved by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation of April 14, 2009 No. 128" (registration No. 19120) is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on December 6, 2010.

Administrative regulations of provision by Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science of the state service in recognition of documents of foreign states on the education level and (or) qualification in the territory of the Russian Federation (further - Regulations) determine terms and the sequence of ministerial procedures and actions by provision of the specified state service by Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science (further - Rosobrnadzor).
