   For the purpose of realization of provisions of Article 12 of the Rehabilitation act of the victims of political repressions No. 1225-XII of December 8, 1992 (No. 241-246, of the Art. 746), with subsequent changes and amendments is repeatedly published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, concerning the cost recovery confiscated, nationalized or any different way of the property withdrawn from ownership of repressed persons by payment of compensations the Government DECIDES:

   To the Ministry of Finance allocate to bodies of local public authority at the expense of the means provided in the government budget on these purposes, leu 1252185,0 (according to appendix), from them:

   Leu 1242247,0 – for cost recovery of property by payment of compensations to persons which underwent to political repressions;

   Leu 9938,0 - for covering of the expenses connected with distribution of these compensations in the amount of percent 0,8.
