1. Determine that authorized bodies of the Russian Federation on ensuring the state control (supervision) of observance of requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of grain" are:

Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare - concerning the grain realized for personal needs of consumers.

Determine that the state control (supervision) of observance of mandatory requirements to the grain accompanied with the valid documents on assessment (confirmation) of compliance, made and released according to the mandatory requirements existing about day of entry into force of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of grain" established by the Commission of the Customs union, and (or) in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation about technical regulation is provided with the federal executive bodies specified in Item 1 of this resolution.

3. The realization of this resolution is enabled by Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare and Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance within the number of employees of their central offices and territorial authorities, and also budgetary appropriations provided to these federal executive bodies in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions established by the Government of the limiting Russian Federation.
