1. The obligations enshrined in the Protocol on introduction of amendments to the Agreement signed on December 23, 2011 in Yerevan between the Government of the Republic of Armenia and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran "About cooperation in the field of construction and operation of hydroelectric power station on the Araks River" correspond to the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia.

2. According to part two of article 102 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia this Resolution is final and becomes effective from the moment of announcement.
