The Ministries of Economics of the Republic of Uzbekistan and JSC Uzavtosanoat about production organization of cars of the Damas model based on Khorezm Automobile Production Association LLC in two stages providing the beginning of assembly production of cars of the Damas model in the I quarter 2014 (the I stage) with the subsequent transition to complete cycle of production in the IV quarter 2014 (the II stage);
The state committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on privatization, demonopolization and development of the competition and JSC Uzavtosanoat about transfer of share of the state in the authorized capital of Khorezm Automobile Production Association LLC as contribution of the state to authorized capital of JSC Uzavtosanoat at the cost determined by the estimative organization;
JSC Uzavtosanoat about the subsequent transfer of General Motors Uzbekistan Ltd to long-term finance lease of part of floor spaces of Khorezm Automobile Production Association LLC (further - the Object) for their reconstruction and creation of branch on production of cars of the Damas model.
2. Determine by the Project of production organization of cars of the Damas model based on Khorezm Automobile Production Association LLC:
the customer - General Motors Uzbekistan Ltd;
the general project organization - JSC Uzogirsanoatloyikha;
the organization exercising technical supervision of construction - O LLC ZAVTOSANOAT-INJINIRING".
