About import and acquisition in the territory of the Republic of Moldova of some services and property
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
In departure from provisions of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1149-XIV of July 20, 2000, the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 and the Law on customs tariff No. 1380-XIII of November 20, 1997, for the purpose of project implementation of development of the University simulyatsionny center of the medical modeling financed according to the Agreement on financing No. ENPI/2008/019-655, public organization the State university of medicine and pharmacy of Nicolae Testemitsan and also business entities (it agrees to the agreements signed based on procurement procedures) are exempted from payment of import payments on the imported services and property (goods) and from the value added tax on services and property (goods) acquired in the territory of the Republic of Moldova (according to appendix), intended for implementation of the corresponding project without the alienation right.
