For the purpose of further enhancement of health care system, improvement of access of the population to high-quality medical services at the level of primary link of health care and the district (city) medical associations Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Take into consideration that:
according to the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 7, 2011 No. PP-1614 the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan is implemented the Enhancement of Health Care System (Zdorovye-3) project in case of financial cooperation with International Development Association of the World Bank (further - the Project);
March 7, 2013 The board of directors of the World Bank approves provision to the Republic of Uzbekistan of the credit of International Development Association (further - MAR) for additional financing of the Project in the amount 60, by 6 million special drawing rights with repayment period of 25 years, including 5-year grace period.
2. Determine that:
the loan of MAR is granted to the Republic of Uzbekistan based on the agreement on additional financing between the Republic of Uzbekistan and MAR;
the expenses connected with loan repayment of MAR and interest payment and the commissions on the credit are performed at the expense of means of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. Ceased to be valid.
4. Authorize the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan to sign on behalf of the Republic of Uzbekistan the agreement on additional financing since MAR.
5. To issue to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with the established procedure the legal conclusion under the agreement on additional financing between the Republic of Uzbekistan and MAP.
