The government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties based on the Agreement on the Customs union and the Common economic space of February 26, 1999, the Constitutive treaty of Eurasian economic community of October 10, 2000, the Agreement on procedure for the organization, management, functioning and development of the total markets of oil and oil products of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation of December 9, 2010, for the purpose of settlement of trade and economic cooperation in the field of oil supply and oil products to the Republic of Kazakhstan, agreed as follows:

Article 1

This agreement determines conditions of trade and economic cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of oil supply and oil products.

The cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of oil supply and oil products is based on protection of mutual interests and shall not cause damage to interests of each of the states of the Parties.

Article 2

For implementation of this agreement of the Party appoint competent authorities;

from the Russian Side - the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation;

from the Kazakhstan Side - the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In case of change of competent authorities of the Party without delay notify on this each other through diplomatic channels.

Article 3

The parties in mutual oil trade and oil products do not apply export customs duties (other duties, taxes and fees having equivalent action).
