In part (7) article 9 of the Law on the procedure of election of the President of the Republic of Moldova No. 1234-XIV of September 22, 2000 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, No. 139-140, of the Art. 996), with subsequent changes, word "and also in case of availability of other obstacles causing impossibility of elections of the President of the Republic of Moldova", to exclude.
