Art. 1. – Ratify the Contract between the Republic of Moldova and Romania on the frontier mode, cooperation and mutual aid in boundary questions signed in Bucharest on November 8, 2010.
Art. 2. – To the government to take necessary measures for accomplishment of provisions of this agreement.
Art. 3. – To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration to notify the Romanian side about ratification of the specified Agreement.
