About modification and amendments in some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – In the Labor code of the Republic of Moldova No. 154-XV of March 28, 2003 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 159-162, 648), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and addition:
1. In all text of the code of the word "Inspection of Work" shall be replaced with words State Labour Inspection in the corresponding case.
2. In Item c) parts (2) Articles 10, parts (1) Articles 40, Item a) parts (3) Articles 283, parts (2) articles 326 of change concern only the text in state language.
3. In Article 372:
in part (words "the central industry body of public management which is under supervision of the Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family" shall be replaced with words 1) "the administrative authority subordinated to the Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family";

4. In Article 373:

6. In Article 376:
in Item b) parts (2) words of "requirements of regulations about health protection and labor safety and working environment" shall be replaced with words "the minimum requirements on health protection and labor safety";
in part (words "article 8 of the Law about" shall be replaced with words 3) "article 8 of the Law about".
7. In Article 380:
in part (the words "to the General state inspector" shall be replaced with words 1) "addressed to the director of State Labour Inspection";
in part (2) words "General state inspector", shall be replaced with words "the director of State Labour Inspection,".
