About modification of some regulatory legal acts of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Make changes to some regulatory legal acts of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the list which is drawn up by appendix to this resolution.

2. Recognize invalid the following regulatory legal acts:

1) the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About approval of Rules of withdrawal from currency circulation of banknotes and coins (tenge) of sample of 1993" of August 6, 2001 No. 301 (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 1646, published in 2001 in the Bulletin of regulatory legal acts of the central executive and other state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 34);

2) the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 25, 2006 No. 71 "About withdrawal from currency circulation of banknotes of national currency of sample of 1993" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 4342, published on September 1, 2006 in the Yuridicheskaya Gazeta newspaper No. 158 (1138).

3. This resolution becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.
