in Rules of passing of accounting registration of the microfinancial organizations and maintaining the register of the microfinancial organizations approved by the specified resolution:

state appendix 1 in edition according to appendix to this resolution;

to add form 2 of appendix 3 with items 4 and 5 following contents:

"4. Data on availability of the outstanding or not removed criminal record:
