About streamlining of registration of charters of public associations in the Republic of Uzbekistan

According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 3, 1992 "About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About public associations in the Republic of Uzbekistan", and also for the purpose of streamlining of registration of charters of public associations of the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of consideration of the applications about registration of charters of the public associations operating in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Permit the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan to make explanations about procedure for data application of Rules.

2. Recognize necessary that all public associations registered so far, and also their structural divisions passed within the II-III quarters 1993 re-registration according to the procedure, provided by the enclosed Rules. Activities of the public associations and their structural divisions which did not pass re-registration stop.

3. Establish the state fee for registration of charters of public associations in the amount of:
