According to article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About public associations in the Republic of Uzbekistan" the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on order of registration of symbolics of public associations.

Permit the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan to make explanations about procedure for application of this Provision.

2. Establish the registration fee of symbolics of public associations in the amount of:

the international public - five minimum wage

associations of payments, and also collection in freely convertible currency in the amount of, to equal 50 US dollars;

republican and interregional - five minimum wage

public associations of payments;

other public associations - three minimum wages.

3. For registration of symbolics of public associations of disabled people, veterans, women and children the charges specified in Item 2 of this resolution are levied in the amount of 25 percent from established.

4. Collection for approval of the changes and additions made to symbolics of public associations is made in the amount of 50 percent of the registration fee.

5. In case of refusal, according to item 19 of the enclosed Provision, the registration fee does not return to registration of symbolics.

6. In case of loss of the registration certificate of symbolics for issue of the duplicate 50 percent of the registration fee are levied.
