1. The obligations enshrined in the signed on February 15, 2012 Agreement on financing between the Republic of Armenia and International Development Association "The third program of policy of development" correspond to the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia.
2. According to part two of article 102 of the Constitution of RA this Resolution is final and becomes effective from the moment of announcement.
