the loan of MAR is granted to the Republic of Uzbekistan based on the agreement on financing between the Republic of Uzbekistan and MAR;

the executive bodies responsible for implementation of the specified project, are the State unitary enterprise "Suvokava" of the Bukhara region (further - SUE Suvokava of the Bukhara region), the Kommunkhizmat Agency and khokimiyat of the Bukhara region;
