Article 1

To the Russian legal entities performing in the territory of the Russian Federation production of the motor vehicles classified in goods items of 8701 - 8705 single Commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity of the Customs union (further - motor vehicles), their nodes and aggregates with use of the goods imported on customs area of the Customs union, intended for production of motor vehicles, their nodes and aggregates and classified by the codes of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union corresponding to the line items concerning industrial assembly of motor vehicles, their nodes and aggregates measures of the state support are established for the purpose of:

1) cost recoveries, arising since July 1, 2018 in case of increase in the rates of import customs duties applied on the date of official publication of this Federal Law by the codes, the corresponding line items concerning industrial assembly of motor vehicles, their nodes and aggregates or exceptions of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union of the codes corresponding to the line items concerning industrial assembly of motor vehicles, their nodes and aggregates;

2) not deteriorations in sales terms of the investment projects realized by producers of motor vehicles, their nodes and aggregates with use of industrial assembly if till February 1, 2014 the Federal Laws and (or) other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation entering the obligatory payments in the federal budget (except for tax payments) increasing their size or changing procedure for their payment in the federal budget or canceling the privileges connected with the specified payments will become effective.
