Article 1

Bring in the Code of penal procedure of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2001, No. 52, Art. 4921; 2003, No. 27, Art. 2706; 2006, No. 31, Art. 3452; 2007, No. 24, Art. 2830; No. 50, Art. 6235; 2010, No. 17, Art. 1985; No. 27, Art. 3427, 3428; 2011, No. 29, Art. 4286; No. 50, Art. 7350; 2012, No. 24, Art. 3070; No. 31, Art. 4332; No. 49, Art. 6752) following changes:

"Item 3" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 10.1 of part two of Article 29 of the word "Items 3 and 6";

Part third of Article 81 to add 2) with Item 2.1 of the following content:

"2. 1) the light industrial goods withdrawn from illicit trafficking which list is established by the Government of the Russian Federation are liable to destruction according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Russian Federation;";

3) in Article 82:

a) the second to add part with Item 6 of the following content:
