Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 24, 2009 No. 209-FZ "About hunting and about preserving hunting resources and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, No. 30, Art. 3735; 2011, No. 30, Art. 4590) following changes:

Part 3 of Article 29 to state 1) in the following edition:

4) in Article 32:

a) state Item 10 in the following edition:

"10) approval of blank forms of permissions to production of hoofed animals, bears, fur animals, birds, establishment of requisition procedure and statements necessary for issue of such permissions, and also procedure for registration and issue of such permissions;";
