1) in item 4 of Article 13:

a) the paragraph one after the words "the foreign citizen has the right to perform labor activity" to add with the words "if it reached age of eighteen years";

b) add with the subitem 10 of the following content:

"10) performing labor activity in the case and procedure provided by part four of Article 63 and article 348.8 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.";

2) in Article 13.3:

a) Item 1 after words "the foreign citizens who arrived to the Russian Federation according to the procedure, not requiring receipt of a visa," to add with the words "and eighteen years which reached age";

b) in the subitem 3 of Item 11 of the word "1, 2 and 4" shall be replaced with words "1, 2, 4 and 15";

Item 9 of Article 18 to add 3) with the subitem 15 of the following content:

"15) did not reach age of eighteen years.".
