Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of August 15, 1996 No. 114-FZ "About procedure for departure from the Russian Federation and entry into the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1996, No. 34, Art. 4029; 2003, No. 2, Art. 159; 2006, No. 31, Art. 3420; 2007, No. 1, Art. 29; No. 3, Art. 410; 2008, No. 19, Art. 2094; No. 30, Art. 3616; 2011, No. 1, Art. 29; 2012, No. 53, Art. 7597, 7646) following changes:

1) in Article 26:

a) in subitem 2 of the word "used false documents or" to exclude;

b) declare subitem 6 invalid;

2) Article 27 part one:

a) add with the subitem 9 of the following content:

"9) the foreign citizen or the person without citizenship used false documents;";

b) add with the subitem 10 of the following content:

"10) the foreign citizen or the stateless person during the previous stay in the Russian Federation evaded the paying taxes or administrative penalty or did not refund the expenses connected with administrative expulsion out of limits of the Russian Federation or deportation - before implementation of the corresponding payments in full. The procedure for repayment by foreign citizens and stateless persons of such debt is determined by the Government of the Russian Federation.".
