About modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation concerning anti-terrorist security of objects

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of March 6, 2006 No. 35-FZ "About counteraction to terrorism" (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, No. 11, Art. 1146; No. 31, Art. 3452; 2011, No. 19, Art. 2713) following changes:

1) in Article 3:

a) the paragraph one of item 4 after the word of "self-government" to add with words ", and also physical persons and legal entities";

b) add with Item 6 of the following content:

"6) anti-terrorist security of object (territory) - the condition of security of the building, structure, construction, other object, the place of mass stay of people interfering making of act of terrorism. At the same time the place of mass stay of people is understood as the territory public of the settlement or city district, or the specially allotted territory beyond their limits, or the place public in the building, structure, construction, on other object on which under certain conditions there can be at the same time more than fifty people.";

2) in Article 5:

a) add part 2 with item 4 of the following content:

"4) establishes requirements to anti-terrorist security of objects (territories), obligatory for accomplishment, category of objects (territories), procedure for development of the specified requirements and control of their accomplishment, procedure for development and form of the material safety data sheet of such objects (territories) (except for objects of transport infrastructure, vehicles and objects of fuel and energy complex).";

b) add with part 3.1 following of content:
