1) Ceased to be valid according to the Federal Law of the Russian Federation of 28.12.2013 No. 410-FZ

2) in Article 34.1:

a) in Item 3:

add with the new paragraph the sixth the following content:

"making by fund of the administrative offense provided by part 10.1 or 10.2 of article 15.29 of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences;";

b) add with Item 3.1 of the following content:

"3.1.
