share in the right of common ownership to the real estate units specified in paragraphs second and third this Item.
If the specified objects are located in the subject of the Russian Federation - the federal city of Moscow or St. Petersburg, they carry over such subject of the Russian Federation.
The premises specified in the paragraph the second this Item join in the corresponding housing stock of social use.
Other heirless property carries over according to the procedure of inheritance under the law the Russian Federation.".
