Article 1

Article 2 to add 1) with subitem 34.1 of the following content:

"34. 1) the content services - type of service of communication which are technologically inseparably linked with services of mobile radiotelephone communication and are directed to increase in their consumer value (including services in provision to subscribers of opportunity to receive on the user (terminal) equipment in communication networks reference, entertaining and (or) other in addition paid information, to participate in vote, games, tenders and similar actions) and which cost of rendering is paid by the subscriber to the telecom operator with which at the subscriber the service provision agreement of communication is signed;";

"5. In case of involvement of other persons by the telecom operator to rendering the content services, except for the communication services rendered through the single portal of the state and municipal services, the telecom operator based on the address of the subscriber shall create the separate personal account intended only for payment of these communication services within the means which are on the specified personal account. In the absence of the specified address payment of these communication services is performed according to the procedure, established by the paragraph third this Item.
