Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of April 4, 2005 No. 32-FZ "About Public chamber of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, No. 15, Art. 1277; 2007, No. 27, Art. 3216; 2008, No. 24, Art. 2791; No. 52, Art. 6238; 2011, No. 19, Art. 2706) following changes:

Item 10 of part 2 of Article 4 to state 1) in the following edition:

"10) procedures of selection in the members of Public chamber of representatives of the all-Russian public associations provided by parts 8 and 9 of article 8 of this Federal Law;";

Part 1 of Article 6 to state 2) in the following edition:

"1. The public chamber is created according to this Federal Law of forty citizens of the Russian Federation approved as the President of the Russian Federation, eighty three representatives of public chambers of subjects of the Russian Federation and forty three representatives of the all-Russian public associations.";

Part 2 of Article 7 to add 3) with Item 5 of the following content:

"5) persons having double citizenship.";

Article 8 to state 4) in the following edition:

"Article 8. Procedure for forming of Public chamber

1. The president of the Russian Federation according to part 16 of this Article by results of carrying out consultations with public associations, associations of non-profit organizations, the Russian Academies of Sciences and the creative unions nominates forty citizens of the Russian Federation having special merits before the state and society and suggests these citizens to be part of Public chamber.
