About modification of article 7 of the Federal law "About Development of Agricultural Industry"

Article 1

Bring in part 1 of article 7 of the Federal Law of December 29, 2006 No. 264-FZ "About development of agricultural industry" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 1, Art. 27; 2011, No. 31, the Art. 4700) change, having added it with Item 12 of the following content:

"12) support of the agricultural producers performing production of agricultural products in the territories, adverse for such production. The territories, adverse for production of agricultural products, for the purpose of this Federal Law the territory of the subject of the Russian Federation or the territory of subjects of the Russian Federation in which owing to climatic conditions, soil condition, and also than socio-economic factors the level of the income of agricultural producers is lower, than on average on agricultural industry are recognized, but production of agricultural products shall be performed for employment of rural population, increase in level of its income, preserving local traditions. The procedure and criteria of reference of the territories to the territories, adverse for production of agricultural products, are established by the Government of the Russian Federation.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective after hundred eighty days after day of its official publication.
