1) in Article 12:

a) state the name in the following edition:

Data on state registration of the birth are transferred by body of civil registration to social security authority of the population, territorial authority of the federal executive body performing functions on control and supervision of compliance with law about taxes and fees, territorial authority of the federal executive body realizing state policy in the field of migration and performing law-enforcement functions, functions on control, supervision and rendering the state services in the field of migration, territorial authority of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, body of Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation and territorial fund of compulsory medical insurance.
