About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Compulsory Social Insurance on Case of Temporary Disability and in connection with Motherhood"

Bring in the Federal Law of December 29, 2006 No. 255-FZ "About compulsory social insurance on case of temporary disability and in connection with motherhood" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 1, Art. 18; 2009, No. 30, Art. 3739; 2010, No. 40, Art. 4969; No. 50, Art. 6601; 2011, No. 27, Art. 3880; No. 49, Art. 7017; 2012, No. 53, Art. 7601) following changes:

1) part 1 of Article 4.2:

a) add with Item 2.1 of the following content:

"2. To request 1) from the insurer of the data on balances in cash on accounts of insurer in credit institutions and about insufficiency of money on accounts of insurer in credit institutions for satisfaction of all of requirements imposed to accounts in case of the appeal of insurer to territorial authority of the insurer according to part 2 of article 4.6 of this Federal Law;";

b) add with Item 7.2 of the following content:

"7. To request 2) in credit institutions of the data on balances in cash on accounts of insurer and about insufficiency of money on accounts of insurer for satisfaction of all requirements imposed to accounts if the specified data were not provided by the insurer to territorial authority of the insurer, in case of decision making about appointment and allowance payment of the insurer by territorial authority according to part 4 of article 13 of this Federal Law in case of impossibility of their payment by the insurer in connection with insufficiency of money on its accounts in credit institutions for satisfaction of all requirements imposed to accounts;";

2) Article 4.6 to add with part 3.1 following of content:
