Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 21, 2001 No. 178-FZ "About privatization of the state-owned and municipal property" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 4, Art. 251; 2006, No. 1, Art. 10; No. 17, Art. 1782; 2007, No. 21, Art. 2455; No. 31, Art. 4009; No. 46, Art. 5557; 2008, No. 20, Art. 2251; No. 30, Art. 3616; 2010, No. 23, Art. 2788; 2011, No. 29, Art. 4292; No. 30, Art. 4562; No. 50, Art. 7343, 7359) following changes:

1) in Article 30:

a) add with Item 1.1 of the following content:

"1.1. The restriction specified in Item 1 of this Article does not extend to cases if objects of electric grid economy, sources of heat energy, thermal networks, centralized systems of hot water supply and (or) separate objects of such systems are the fixed business assets of the unitary enterprise.";

b) add with Item 1.2 of the following content:

"1.2. Features of privatization of objects of electric grid economy, sources of heat energy, thermal networks, centralized systems of hot water supply and (or) separate objects of such systems, except for these objects which are not the fixed business assets of the unitary enterprise are stipulated in Clause 30.1 present of the Federal Law.";

c) add with Item 1.3 of the following content:
